We were in Medlife in June as emergency after my son's bad fall due to wave hit him.
Medlife reacted very fast, professional, kind and with understanding.
Pesonel speaks english.
Our visit was in full covered by travelers insurance. We didn't have to pay anything at the clinic.

I had to go to the clinic today due to an eye infection. It would have cost me $199USD to see the doctor on the cruise vessel. Instead, I went to the Outpatient Specialty Medlife clinic which was about a 10-15 minute walk from the Kusadasi Cruise Port. It was 100 Euros to see the doctor at the clinic. Most staff spoke English, were helpful and efficient. No bells and whistles. But safe, clean and hassle free.
The website said 24 hours but the doctor wasn’t in until 9:30am which was no biggy. I was seen within 10-15 minutes. Diagnosed on the spot and given a prescription to get filled. They even provided me with the paperwork to submit to my insurance company.
This was a quick and reliable solution for my health issue

I was so pleased with the service and help/advice I received when I had my teeth done here. I can't praise them enough. Their English was excellent, and everything was explained to me beforehand and I was given a clear price, with no hidden extras. I wouldn't hesitate to have any form of treatment here. I was also treated for separate infection and Dr Ahmed gave me medication and advice and my condition cleared. So I can't praise them enough.

Medlife Clinic made my stay very comfortable despite of injury. They process all my airline ticket, my luggage’s were taken care of. All the personnel in this Clinic help me a lot. My special thank you to Ebru the front desk person; Kayra the Nurse; Doctor Ahmet and Osgur the Manager. They made my life easier and not to worry.

I am extremely satisfied with Medlife's emergency and hospital services. They make everything so easy and handle all problems in the shortest time possible. They truly take great care of their patients, and their attention to detail is outstanding. I highly recommend them!
