“I had to go to the clinic today due to an eye infection. It would have cost me $199USD to see the doctor on the cruise vessel. Instead, I went to the Outpatient Specialty Medlife clinic which was about a 10-15 minute walk from the Kusadasi Cruise Port. It was 100 Euros to see the doctor at the clinic. Most staff spoke English, were helpful and efficient. No bells and whistles. But safe, clean and hassle free.

The website said 24 hours but the doctor wasn’t in until 9:30am which was no biggy. I was seen within 10-15 minutes. Diagnosed on the spot and given a prescription to get filled. They even provided me with the paperwork to submit to my insurance company.

This was a quick and reliable solution for my health issue”

We were recent tourists to Turkiye. Unfortunately, there was an accident and required hospital attention. Suddenly, he appeared and offered his help. We learned that the hotel we stayed at had called him to assist us.

We wish to thank him for his patience and forbearance with us. Being in a worried state and not understanding the Turkish language, he did his best to explain many things, answer our questions and liase with hospital staff and doctors to manage the situation and patient. He had to do so many things and he did it well. He was professional, competent and very importantly, kind in his manners.

“I came into this hospital with a kidney infection, feeling anxious and in a lot of pain. Being far from home made it even harder, but the care and kindness I received here meant the world to me.

Xenia, who supports patients and helps with translation, was by my side every day. She checked in on me constantly, helped me stay calm when things got overwhelming, and always made sure I had what I needed. Her kindness, warmth, and gentle presence brought so much comfort. I’ll always be grateful for the way she made me and my family feel truly looked after.

I also want to thank Cicek, who works in the doctor’s office. On one especially tough night, she stayed past her shift just to keep me company. She talked with me, braided my hair, took me for a short walk, and did everything she could to make me smile. Xenia also stayed back that evening, and I was deeply touched by both of their support. Cicek’s warmth and care that night meant so much. She truly has a beautiful and generous heart.

A special thank you to Dr. Ahmet Fehimoglu, who was not only a great doctor, but also funny and reassuring throughout my stay. His calm and confident approach really helped during a difficult time.
